What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Data collect by the contact form is recorded on an email and sent to site administrators the data is used to reply to your query and that is it. All data sent via the contact form is entered by the user no other data in collected.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Security is the highest priority for me there is nothing worse than getting your inbox filled with spam all information is kept in a secure encrypted database which can only be accessed on the local network.

We have active monitoring for accesses to our databases any attempts to access the server is monitored and an automated system is in place to block any malicious attacks.

I use the jetpack service to receive statistics about visitors to my site this data includes IP addresses and Geo location.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We use anti-spam systems which will block users from making comments based on the content they are trying to post on the site.
